Everything on this site, the guides, the comparisons, the "Ready by the open" planner on the homepage, is general information offered in good faith for Mosman and the lower North Shore. None of it is a quote, none of it is legal or financial advice, and your contract, your council's current rules and your own circumstances always govern. The planner in particular returns a plan in words: never a dollar figure and never a promised clock, by design. Where a guide touches settlement or contract matters, confirm the specifics with your conveyancer or solicitor.
Quotes and bookings
Prices for our work are set one way: in person, at the property, fixed before the work starts. Nothing on this site, and nothing said sight-unseen, constitutes a quote. A fixed price we've given at a walk-through stands for the job we walked through; genuine additions to the job are priced the same open way before they're touched.
Imagery
The photographs on this site are AI-generated illustrations, and we'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. They show the kind of work and the way we do it, not a specific past job at a specific address. We don't publish photographs of clients' houses or contents; discretion is part of the service.
Links
We link to councils, the NSW EPA and other authorities because their pages are the current source of truth for their own schemes. Their content is theirs, and rules change, so always rely on the linked page over any summary here.

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, and when something's out of date, telling us through the enquiry form earns our genuine thanks. Use of the site doesn't create any obligation between us until we've agreed a job and a fixed price in person.
